NCRGE track at AAG Annual Meeting
NCRGE is organizing a special track of sessions for the 2018 AAG Annual Meeting in New Orleans. The track will highlight papers, posters, and panels exploring different areas of research in geography education. Powerful Geography research workshop
Approximately 20 teachers and social studies supervisors from Texas will participate in a workshop supporting the Powerful Geography project. Participants will collaboratively produce a prototype curriculum standard based on data from two pilot studies involving geography students and professional geographers.
