GeoProgressions Paper 1: Building capacity for learning progressions research in geography.

The GeoProgressions project brought together geography, math, and science education researchers for a symposium in February 2014. The symposium produced a plan for developing a learning progressions handbook/toolkit and a future workshop to train early career faculty and graduate students. The presenters will provide an overview of the handbook content, details about the upcoming training workshop, and examples of learning progressions.
